Campus Technology Committee

Mission and Purpose

The Campus Technology Committee (CTC) is a campus level committee that advises the Faculty Senate and President’s Advisory Council (PAC). CTC will provide guidance for the technological needs of the campus. CTC coordinates with campus constituents on technology implementation as directed by Faculty Senate and PAC.

At the direction of Faculty Senate and PAC, the Campus Technology Committee (CTC) is charged with creating policies, procedures, and guidelines that assure equity in access, support, and student success:

Campus Technology Committee will:

1. Coordinate the technology needs of the campus with the College goals and the Fullerton College Strategic Plan
2. Coordinate a shared vision of the utilization of technology to facilitate learning
3. Promote effective and efficient use of technology
4. Develop coordination among campus programs and departments
5. Assist the College in the avoidance of technological duplications
6. Develop a College Technology Plan for consideration by Faculty Senate and PAC
7. Recommend priorities for major technology procurement
8. Share regular reports to and from the District Technology Committee (DTC) and review and respond to DTC as appropriate
9. Recommend policies, procedures, and guidelines for the use of technology on campus
