Campus Collaborations Committee
Mission
Chairs/Leads for campus committees, projects, and programs regularly share information about their work to identify intersections and meet to discuss working collaboratively towards common outcomes in support of the campus strategic plan. Communication across and between groups is intended to coordinate efforts and streamline decision-making through Faculty Senate and PAC.
Functions
- Discuss the projects, plans, and goals of the college’s participatory governance committees
- Identify commonalities among the committees’ projects, plans, and goals
- Identify ways that the work of the participatory governance committees can work together to achieve shared goals
- Discuss state- and district-wide changes that may affect the campus
- Review membership annually as necessary
- Other items as the committee sees necessary to achieve its mission
